Withdraw from Contract

Cancel a plan bought in the last 14 days, online, without giving a reason.

Fill in the details below, review them and press “Confirm withdrawal”. You immediately receive an email acknowledging receipt, with the date and time we received your request.

We use these details only to process your withdrawal and refund, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract for a Memorama plan within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason and without penalties.

The 14 days start on the day the payment was confirmed. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send us your request before it expires.

What happens after you withdraw

  • We refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving your request.
  • The refund goes to the same card you paid with, with no fees.
  • The event returns to the free plan; your data and uploaded memories stay in your account, within the free plan's limits.

When it does not apply

The right of withdrawal no longer applies if the service has been fully performed before the 14 days expire, with the express consent you gave when ordering and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 16(a) of GEO 34/2014).
