Cancellation Policy

1. Before payment

You can back out at any time before completing the payment: close the payment page or press “Cancel” on NETOPIA's page. No contract is formed and nothing is charged.

2. Failed or pending payments

If the payment fails or is declined by your bank, the order is cancelled automatically. If your bank temporarily held the amount, it is released according to your bank's rules, usually within a few business days.

3. Within 14 days of payment

You can cancel the order without giving a reason and get a full refund. Send the request online, in a few seconds, from the page Withdraw from Contract.

4. After 14 days from payment

Once the withdrawal period has passed, the payment can no longer be refunded, but the plan stays active until the end of its included period. You can delete the event or your account at any time.

5. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order when:

• NETOPIA did not confirm the payment, or the cardholder disputed it;
• there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or unauthorised card use;
• the account is used in serious breach of the Terms & Conditions;
• we cannot provide the service for technical reasons outside your control.

We notify you by email and, unless the cancellation is due to a breach of the Terms, refund the full amount paid.

6. Refunds

• Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request or of the order cancellation.
• The money is returned to the same card you paid with, through NETOPIA. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.
• Refunds are free. We charge no fees or penalties.
