Delivery Policy

1. What we deliver

Memorama sells digital services only (event plans with a photo album, online invitation and sharing features). We do not sell or ship physical goods.

2. How and when delivery happens

• The plan is activated automatically on the event you bought it for, as soon as NETOPIA confirms the payment.
• Activation usually takes a few minutes. In exceptional cases (for example, additional payment checks) it can take up to 24 hours.
• You use the features from your Memorama account, in any browser, with nothing to install.

3. Order confirmation and invoice

• After payment you receive an order confirmation at your account's email address.
• The invoice is issued by our company and sent electronically to the same email address.

4. Delivery costs

Delivery is free. The price shown when you order is the final price.

5. Where we deliver

The services are available online, anywhere you have internet access. Payment is made in Romanian lei (RON) with any card accepted by NETOPIA.

6. How long you have access

The album access period and the number of included memories depend on the chosen plan and are shown for each plan in the Pricing section.

7. If your plan was not activated

If your payment was confirmed but the plan is not active within 24 hours, write to us and we will fix it right away or refund you.
